Steve served in the Royal Navy for 32 years, joining as an Artificer Apprentice before commissioning as a Weapon Engineer Officer. He served in a wide range of roles and operational deployments both ashore and afloat, his final role being as the Staff Weapon Engineer Officer (SWEO) to Fleet Operational Standards and Training (FOST). In this role he was responsible for training and assuring Royal Navy and partner nation ships prior to deployment.
Prior to joining Sirius Insight, Steve worked in the Middle East as a consultant in maritime acquisition, capability assessment and enhancement. Steve brings to Sirius extensive experience in maritime engineering and providing the highest standards of service support to deliver operational excellence.
