Real time, data-driven insight

INSIGHT is a secure portal providing users with real-time access to intelligent data, accessible from any device or platform.  It aggregates data from a wide range of remote maritime sensors, combined with open and private data sources, which are automatically analysed and interpreted using advanced artificial intelligence. Accessible via computer, tablet and mobile phone, INSIGHT offers a range of helpful features and tools designed to assist users effectively.  In addition to its user-friendly interface, data can be seamlessly integrated into existing private or national systems, delivering a clean stream of fused, intelligent information.  Our solution is a flexible, scalable and cost-effective way to meet individual customer’s maritime domain awareness needs. INSIGHT delivers the right information at the right time, enabling effective decision-making. It supports successful inter-agency action and coordination while ensuring secure data sharing with allies and partners. 

Data fusion engine

Our INSIGHT data fusion engine combines observations from multiple independent maritime sensors into a single stream of correlated reports.   Sensors to be fused can either be co-located but of different types, or they may be geographically dispersed. The INSIGHT fusion engine integrates both primary and secondary sources, assigning tracks a “priority” and a “score” based on the confidence level of the incoming data.  It is capable of handling a very high fused-track load and is both scalable and secure. The result is that  Insight displays enriched track data, including contributing sensors and track history, allows for vessel track history searches, and provides access to open and private source vessel data as well as current and historic vessel images.
